Garden State Shipyard

This is the Garden State Shipyard Northern Fleet.

This is the USS Northampton {foreground}, an American heavy cruiser. This ship is a 3.0 unit ship that carries 2/50 BB guns and 1 full unit pump. Its speed and size make it a "run a gun" type boat. This means that it will sneak up on enemy ships {like the VDT} turn to face away, shoot, then use its speed to run away from a larger vessel that can not match speed with it. This ship was built from Jan 00 thru Aug 00 and had its first battle in September where it was sank by a very mean Will Montgomery with his nasty Viribus Unitus. Northampton has also battled in the "Fall Brawl" this October where it ran for 2 days inflicting more damage than it took. The only problem over those two days was a lost propeller and rudder {loans from other captains keep her in every sortie}

Gangut

Class 4 - 4.5 Units - 26 Sec/100ft - Weight N/A - Drydock

Gangut is a Russian battleship that was constucted in the early 1980's. It's wood frame has seen better days but this old ship is still sturdy. Not much more is known about Gangut's battle record. Taken into service from another shipyard, Gangut now serves as a target ship. Since this photo was taken the ship has received new skin plus two armour belts for its use as a target. All superstructor and turrets have been removed and placed in storage incase Gangut is called upon once more to defend the Allied fleet.

Southern Fleet

Von Der Tann

Class 4 - 4 Units - 28 Sec/100ft - Weight ?? - Flagship

The Von Der Tann is the current Flagship of G.S.S. and has been battling for almost one year. This ship has had a rough bit of luck and is considered to be an "unlucky" ship. Sank by a ram by its own team mates in one of its first battles the streak continued as the VDT has touched bottom on a few occasions. A failed pump was the casue of one sink, but the VDT is always were the action is and will go toe to toe with anyone. The VDT will most likely go into reserve fleet status once the new flagship {V V} is commissioned.

U.S.S Houston

Class 3 - 1 Pump - 24 Sec/100ft - Weight N/A - Target Vessel

The Houston was purchased through another ship builder and was used for only one battle, where it sank. Houston was a test bed for G.S.S. experiments {pump develpoment, gun installation, ballast} Houston is now used for a Remote Controlled target vessel for gunnery practice.

Derflingger

Not availible yet

Derflingger is in the very early stage of construction and no real work has been started. Currently in Reserve Fleet, work will resume on her most likey this comming summer. Current projects are needed to be finnished to fight the evil groups that are trying to muscle in on New Jersey.

Vetorio Veneto

Not available

VV is currently being built under tight security and NO information will be given about the newest boat in the Tri-State. This is the only spy photo, taken under great risk to the camera person, available. VV will take the position of Flagship once constrution is complete.
